In 2022 IAHSS released the Healthcare Executive Protection Guideline to provide guidance to enhance security measures for the safety of individuals who may be exposed to elevated personal risk due to their employment, high profile status, affiliation or geographical location.  Healthcare executives are highly visible in the media and in our communities. Today’s executives face political, financial, strategic, organizational, and personal threats.  . The Healthcare Executive Protection Guideline was developed by the IAHSS Council on Guidelines, and is available for free to IAHSS members.

IAHSS Healthcare Threat Assessment Management Roundtable: Harnessing Collective Wisdom. IAHSS took a bold step by bringing together thought leaders from across healthcare threat assessment management for an inspiring virtual roundtable on Dec. 2, 2024. This roundtable is a key part of ongoing collaboration efforts led by IAHSS. The event not only highlighted the importance of leveraging diverse expertise but also sparked opportunities for future projects, collaborations and initiatives. Representatives from the following participated:
