What is the IAHSS Dashboard Program, and what are its benefits?
The IAHSS Dashboard Program enables hospitals to submit data for benchmarking and analysis. For a detailed overview and list of benefits, see our Program Overview and Benefits page.
Who can prepare and submit data to the IAHSS Dashboard?
We expect an IAHSS member employed by a hospital to be involved in preparing and submitting data. However, a non-member may perform the actual data mapping and submission if delegated by an IAHSS member.
Who can access the IAHSS Dashboard after it’s published?
IAHSS members can access the Dashboard at no additional cost. Non-members can purchase access to the Dashboard once it’s available.
When can data be submitted?
The data submission window is currently open and will close on September 15, 2025.
What if I don’t have data for a specific field?
For non-required fields, leave the field blank if no data is available.
Can I leave a field blank if the answer zero?
No. Enter "0" for any field where the response is numerically zero.
Do I have to submit all my facility and incident data mappings into the Uploader at one time?
No. We envisioned that it might take some time to get all your mappings loaded. So, during any step prior to your final review and submission, you can stop at any point. IMPORTANT! You must press the “SUBMIT” button at the top right in order to save your work. The Uploader does not autosave your work.
What is the Group ID and how do I use it?
The Group ID is a unique alphanumeric identifier you create for your organization, similar to a User ID, to track data submissions in the IAHSS Data Mapping and Submission Tool. It links your incident and department mappings to the IAHSS framework, saving them for reuse in future submissions. Create a unique Group ID, retain it for consistent use, and enter it in the Uploader during submission. The Group ID is confidential and is not shared or published in the Benchmarking Dashboard.
