IAHSS Foundation Completes Large Research Study About Security Controls on Emergency Department (ED)

IAHSS Foundation is pleased to launch the “Effective Controls on Emergency Department Violence” study. There were 136 EDs and also 107 ED employees that participated in this study and provided the security controls they utilize, thoughts on effectiveness, and other data.  In addition, researchers produced findings from comparisons between facility independent variables and dependent variables of assaults, staff injuries, and thefts.
