IAHSS Foundation Award Ceremony and Banquet, May 17

Chicago - The International Association for Security and Safety Foundation is pleased to recognize the 2022 IAHSS Foundation Recognition Award Winners.

The award recipients were celebrated and recognized during the IAHSS Annual Conference and Exhibition at the IAHSS Foundation Recognition Banquet on May 17,2022. 

Winners are chosen by the IAHSS Foundation Awards Committee, who are selective in their review and voting.

2022 IAHSS Foundation Awards and Winners:

Lindberg Bell Award, presented to the institution/facility which has established and administers an outstanding healthcare security and / or safety program:

                Nationwide Children's Hospital

Distinguished Chapter Award, presented to the IAHSS Chapter demonstrating the greatest initiative and/or innovation in promoting the healthcare security profession, as well as IAHSS:

                Indiana

Medal of Valor Award, presented to an individual for a selfless or courageous act taken at the risk of their own life with awareness of the danger involved:

Robert Schwartzman, SSM Health St. Louis

Philip A. Gaffney Faculty Chair Award, presented for the development and presentation of educational programs in the fields of healthcare security, safety or risk management:
