IAHSS Launches New Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator Certification Exam Readiness Self-Assessment Tool

The IAHSS Education Council and CHPA Prep Subcommittee have launched a new Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator Certification Exam Readiness Self-Assessment Tool. The tool is designed help candidates assess their readiness to be a healthcare security professional.

The CHPA certification is targeted to management level and above healthcare security professionals who have met established standards of practice and demonstrate and understanding of the knowledge needed to perform in the role as defined by the Commission on Certification. To earn the CHPA, you must pass the CHPA Exam.

Special recognition to CHPA Prep Subcommittee member Shawn Reilly CPP, PSP, CHPA, CPD, for leading the effort to develop this tool.
