This is a confidential survey. Responses will not identify any participants by location, name or other distinguishing factors. Your organization's individual data will not be released outside of the IAHSS Foundation. 

The Crime Survey will help you: identify industry crime trends, justify security expenditures to protect employees, patients visitors, and hospital property, reduce the potential for liability for negligent or inadequate Security Help directors and managers benchmark the functional breadth and depth of their departments.

We need a significant number of responses to have validity so taking the time to do this is critical. We appreciate your support in contributing to research that will benefit the healthcare industry. 

Each hospital in a system should fill out a separate survey. 
US-based hospitals only.
