The Education Council created a fire drill form for members to use after being approached by an accrediting agency who noticed a trend in differing forms across the many facilities they surveyed. 

They encouraged standardization for improved compliance with requirements.  This form is a standardized template based on recommendations from regulatory agencies, real world experiences of international members, and based on common regulatory standards.  This form will help you efficiently run fire drills, capture deficiencies, and educate team members.
