IAHSS 

There are currently three categories of IAHSS membership.

Senior Membership is available to individuals currently employed in management and supervisory positions within a healthcare facility or individuals with a valid CHPA. Individuals may be contract employees with the facility or employed by a proprietary firm. There is no limit as to the number of senior members that may belong to any organization.

General Membership is open to individuals who work outside a healthcare institution providing products and/or services or who are no longer actively employed in a management or supervisory position.

Associate Membership is available to IAHSS certified healthcare security and safety officers and individuals currently pursuing a degree in a related field and who are not eligible for other categories of membership. Individuals may be contract employees with the facility or employed by a proprietary firm. There is no limit as to the number of associate members that may belong from any organization.
